Public Training Course
"Safety Officer: Supervisory Level"
The supervisor has important role and is immediate to the workers in the organization. They will always assist and advice regarding their workers’ safe and appropriate operation, as well as always prevent an accident from occurring while working. A supervisor who is competent in safety is then able to encourage his or her employees, as well as the organization, to work and operate safely. Since they influence such safety management, the Ministry of Labor then legislated a law with being provided that the enterprise shall appoint its all supervisors as a safety officer: supervisory level, and all such supervisors shall attend a training entitled “Safety Officer: Supervisory Level” course.
The training course of “Safety Officer: Supervisory Level” will therefore enhance the safety performance and necessary activities-related understanding of supervisors who can implement within his or her organization after having completed. Moreover, attending this course by all supervisors in the organization is for complying with the Ministerial Regulation on the Provision of Safety Officers, Personnel, Units, or Groups of Persons to Perform Safety Operations in Workplaces B.E. 2565 (2022). In addition to such legalization, another important thing in arranging this training course is to make participated supervisors who are closest to the workers are able to control and administrate the workers to work safely by informing them their individual roles and responsibilities, essential part for the safety success of their organization.
