"Safety Officer: Management Level"
 

                 The successful and effective safety performance of an enterprise is strongly relied on the complete support given by its executive, or otherwise, who should pay attention to defining the safety policy. The responsibility of the executive is considered very important for making any activities and hazard prevention complete. As the executive has a positive attitude and responsibility toward the safety then all levels of subordinates are also. Since this concept is a very important issue, the Minister of Labor and Social Welfare has issued a law provided that the enterprise shall appoint the organization’s managers as a safety officer: management level and shall provide such managers a training entitled “Safety Officer: Management Level” course.

                 The “Safety Officer: Management Level” course will raise the understanding among the executives and reinforce the safety idea for each level of executive so that result in the executive is able to define the safety policy and management trend of their organizations. In addition, the executive will be informed and aware as to his or her roles and responsibilities as a safety officer who is a safety system driver for budgeting, resource providing and setting his or her mind on the safety. Besides, the training is accounted a required law compliant action.

                 Kit for Safety and Environment Ltd. or SIAMSAFETY has been certified as a training service provider for the Safety Officer: Management Level course by the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Ministry of Labour, and is therefore able to provide this training course as required by law and in accordance with the organization’s objectives.

A completed participant will:

                 12 hours (2 days)

                 Meeting room in the training venue according to the public training plan by SIAMSAFETY for the Safety Officer's Public Training Course Plan

                 Not exceed 60 persons

                 The enterprise’s management who is an employee in the division leader level that is higher than supervisors (regardless of their position's names) or the employer.

                 Participatory lecture

                 The trainer who has qualified in accordance with the Announcement of the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare on the Training Courses, Trainer Qualifications, and Training Implementation for Safety Officers at Supervisor and Management Levels from Kit for Safety and Environment Limited who has a license as a service provider on the “Safety Officer: Management Level” course under the Section 11 of the Occupational safety, health, and environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011).

                 Participants will be given a certificate as required by law to certify their knowledge only when:

                 LCD projector

                 Laser pointer

                 Flip Chart, whiteboard, and whiteboard markers

                 Speaker and microphone

                 Participant’s appointment letter of Safety officer in management level

                 A copy of identification card or passport (In case of foreigner)
